The sound of silence

This is our Warren (known to some as Wes) and is a constant source of amusement for us. Here is an example of why. This conversation took place between Warren and Mommy (Kristen) outside on the porch swing:
Warren: Mom, if I talk in my mind, you can't hear me.
Kristen: Really? Wow, that's cool.
W: Want to see what it looks like?
K: Yeah, show me please.
W: (after looking seriously in K's direction pensively) There, I did it, that's what it looks like.
K: Cool! What did you say?
W: I couldn't hear, it was too quiet.

We are so proud of him. I think all that breath-holding passing out when he was a baby might have not helped his chances to become a Rhodes scholar.

lol he is also better than most of us on the role of puzzle-putting-togetherer. we did a lewis and clark puzzle that was like 250 pieces--i might be wrong-- and he put together about a fifth of it by himself! i can't even do that.

hey, at least he has some unspoken thoughts. not all of us were blessed with that kind of self-control.

"... if you only knew how many things i wanna say and don't..."
